• 100% Kona Peaberry. The champagne of Kona coffee! This is the most exclusive of all the beans with only 5% of the crop producing Peaberry. Instead of two beans to a cherry, Peaberry is produced when only one oval compact bean develops to maturity. Peaberry is highly prized for its smooth, full flavor and low acid content. The flavor in these small beans is simply more concentrated.

Café Euro is a special blend of Arabica beans, dark roasted and ground a bit coarser than most espressos for more uniform brewing at home. It is low-acid yet has the rich bitter-sweetness that espresso drinkers love.
